Myself and collaborator Sonia Odedra offered a month of workshops focused on natural dyeing techniques, cyanotype image making, and experimentation with natural materials found locally in the Kypseli area of Athens. We bound books using recycled paper, which became sketchbooks for our samples. As a group, we designed and wove together a tapestry with the fabric we dyed. The project culminated in a group exhibition and feast.
